Warranty

1. Warranty Coverage : Nummero provides a limited warranty on custom software and applications developed by us, subject to the following terms:

• The warranty period begins upon final project delivery and lasts for 30 days, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

• During this period, we will fix any bugs or functional errors that are directly related to the agreed scope of work at no additional cost.

2. Covered Issues : Under the warranty, we cover:

• Functional errors or bugs in the delivered code

• Technical issues caused by our development process

• Minor design inconsistencies from approved UI/UX files

• Backend or database errors directly linked to our implementation

3. Exclusions : The warranty does not cover:

• Issues caused by third-party tools, plugins, or software outside our control

• Errors due to modifications made by the client or any third party after delivery

• Hosting/server-related issues not managed by Nummero

• New feature requests, upgrades, or enhancements not part of the original scope

• Security issues resulting from weak passwords or user mismanagement

4. Client Responsibilities : To maintain the validity of the warranty:

• Clients must not alter the codebase without prior consultation

• Clients must report issues in writing with sufficient details (screenshots, error messages, etc.)

• Any hosting or environment changes must be communicated beforehand

5. Support Beyond Warranty : After the warranty period, further maintenance, support, or bug fixing may be provided under a separate support agreement or at an hourly/project-based rate.

6. No Implied Warranty : Except as explicitly stated above, Nummero disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability : Our total liability under this warranty is limited to correcting the issues within the original scope of the project. Nummero shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.

8. Governing Law : This warranty is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
